about florida avenue remains closed between third and sixth street. no problems to report here. we come across the 14th street bridge into town. steve, back to you. >> we want to get to jumei. what's the latest? >> the lapd is reporting they have at least one person in custody involved in the shooting, possibly a second person could be in custody. what we have been able to learn is that four people were shot just after 12:30 this morning west coast time. about 30 minutes later is when university police sent out the alert locking down the campus. we know one of the victims is in critical condition and that victim seems to be the intended target in this shooting. we have also learned three other bystanders were shot and they received non-life threatening injuries. we hear none of these people shot and the gunmen went to the university of southern california. there appears to be some sort of dispute not related to the university. an "l.a. times" reporter is reporting be some type of gang violence. we know the university continues to urge students to st
